Cygron Announces DataScope 4.1 at eCRM 2001

The Newest Version of Cygron's Award Winning Software Offers Increased Functionality With User Friendly Interface

SAN JOSE, Calif.--March 13, 2001 -- Cygron announces the release of version 4.1 of its award winning DataScope data visualization and data mining product.

Cygron DataScope 4.1 builds upon the data visualization strengths of 4.0 by incorporating animation into its interactive 2D and 3D graphical data displays. Ideally suited for applications such as customer profiling, the new capabilities visually animate the differences between population subsets, for example between loyal customers and defectors.

Numerous other key features are included into 4.1, including increased data access flexibility provided by a new XML data import and export capability, and extra capabilities for visualization of the predictive models generated during data mining.

"The extra capabilities provided by 4.1 further increase the reasons for DataScope to be the data mining and data analytic solution of first choice across a range of industry sectors," said Barry Shepherd, Cygron's VP Technical Marketing.

A Best-of-Comdex finalist and winner for the past two years in a row, DataScope provides solutions for a wide range of industries and applications including Customer Relationship Management and Marketing Automation. With DataScope, organizations can analyze their customer data and quickly discover what their customers want and predict how they will behave.

DataScope's advanced data visualization technology makes it intuitive and easy to use by both specialist and non-specialist users. Little training is required to derive immediate benefits and installation is simple.

The new Cygron DataScope 4.1 can be seen in action at e-CRM, Los Angeles (March 14-16) and at Customer Contact World Asia 2001, Singapore (March 14-16).
