DataScope Custom Solution Runtime is the running environment of the custom solution program files generated by the Custom Solution Builder Suite. The Custom Solution Runtime is a stand-alone installable application and is powered by the same application engine as DataScope itself, but its functions are controlled by the custom solution program files rather than the user. So it's user interface is simple and task oriented, only contains the menus and commands necessary for using a ready made analysis project.
