You can decide whether to save the database into the project, thus you can limit the end-user to the data you provided or you can allow importing or refreshing the data from the source database at any time.

When generating the custom solution project it is possible to control a number of runtime properties of the application, like creation of new import filters, HTML reports or printed reports, definition of new queries, changing the appearance of the user interface. By disabling any of these you can limit and simplify the application to the specific tasks the custom solution application was created for.
