AutoExporter allows all of the DataScope export functions (HTML Export, Database Export, Text Export, DPR Export, XML Export) to be initiated automatically when predefined events occur. These events are data re-import, data refresh, scheduled data refresh or a script command sent by a third party application. User-defined export lists are maintained which define the content and appearance of the exported material. AutoExporter also offers post processing of the exported material by running external utilities after the export is done.

When the AutoExporter module is combined with the Monitor module, DataScope can act as an automatic analysis tool, performing a predefined analysis on a server in a scheduled way and publishing the results for viewing throughout an organization or exporting predicted data for use by other applications.

An HTTP server utility is also included in AutoExporter. This is useful for publishing the HTML reports from the local computer if no corporate HTTP server is available. This makes it very simple to share personal work results with others. It takes only a single mouse click to set up the HTTP server.
